Terms of Service

NexSignal ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") is a market intelligence and financial education service operated by TechzenDigital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 4 Briarfield Road, Bradford, BD18 2DQ, United Kingdom.

By accessing or using NexSignal at nexsignal.uk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

NexSignal provides market signals, analysis and educational content for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes:

• Personalised financial advice
• Investment recommendations tailored to your individual circumstances
• A solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument

NexSignal is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). You should always conduct your own independent research and, where appropriate, seek advice from a qualified financial adviser before making any investment decision.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use NexSignal. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are used in any manner that is harmful to other users or the Platform.

NexSignal offers Free, Pro (£19/month) and Premium (£49/month) subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing:

• You authorise recurring charges to your payment method
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Redistribute, resell or republish any NexSignal signals or content without prior written consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its underlying systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Platform
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code

All content on NexSignal, including but not limited to signals, analysis, text, graphics, logos and software, is owned by or licensed to TechzenDigital Ltd and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any NexSignal content without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TechzenDigital Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Any trading or investment decisions made based on NexSignal content
• Inaccuracies or errors in market data or signal generation
• Interruptions, outages or delays in Platform availability

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of NexSignal after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
